What do I do if my product is damaged during transport upon arrival?

If transport damage occurs, we ask you to report the damage directly to the carrier upon receipt or to the pick-up location. Please also report any transport damage immediately to our customer service via email: info@aifo.se or phone: +4687200645.

We follow the guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency, and the notification should be made within a reasonable time after the buyer has noticed or should have noticed the defect. Therefore, it is important that you unpack and inspect your products carefully upon receip

For companies, the notification of transport damage must have been received within seven days.

To expedite the handling of the case, we ask you to keep the product's transport packaging so that it can be inspected, and if possible, document the damage with pictures.

Depending on the extent of the damage, a replacement delivery, remedy, or price reduction will be carried out.

What happens if my product breaks?

If something were to go wrong with your product, you should contact us directly or your retailer, who can recommend the nearest affiliated service workshop.

Choose a shipping company that delivers the product directly to our workshop. We recommend DHL SERVICE POINT RETURN, a service for individuals and companies that delivers to businesses. You can book the delivery on DHL's website and then drop off the package at a DHL ServicePoint.

Choose a transport company that delivers the product all the way to our workshop. We recommend DHL SERVICE POINT RETUR as a service for private individuals and companies for delivery to companies. You book the delivery on DHL's website and then the package is handed in at a DHL ServicePoint.

How does the warranty and warranty work?

As a private individual, you have the right to withdraw your purchase within 14 days under the Distance Contracts Act. (Please note that you can only withdraw purchases of sealed consumables if the seal is unbroken.) Aifo AB sells all products with at least one year warranty and three years of complaint rights under the Consumer Sales Act.

Elinchrom 3-Year Warranty

Elinchrom products purchased from Aifo or via an Elinchrom authorized dealer in Sweden have a 3-year warranty. In the event of a warranty claim, contact us for a return shipping slip (applies to sender address within Sweden's borders).
