UGRA Light indicator, disposable indicators. The experience of colors on modern digital proofs or proofs is largely governed by the light source used (metamerism). It is therefore important that they are always assessed according to a standard in the light of D50 (~ 5000 K). If a light source with an incorrect color temperature is used, the colors of the pre-test print change and an assessment is meaningless. With the UGRA light indicator, it is easy to see if the light source corresponds to standardized lighting and if an assessment is meaningful. UGRA light indicator is used for visual control of color temperature for color assessments. The light indicator is placed on a pre-test print / test print, where it signals whether the lighting used is within the standardized color temperature of 5000 K or not. If lighting with a color temperature of 5000 K is used, all fields on the light indicator will be displayed in the same green color. If the color temperature deviates from 5000 K, the fields on the light indicator will be displayed with different colors. The 9 mm x 75 mm indicator has a non-permanent adhesive backing. This means that they can be attached to pre-test prints / test prints, prints or other objects that must be viewed under a lighting of 5000 K.
UGRA light indicator is delivered on a strip with 50 disposable indicators.
